Policy
Privacy policy
This policy covers information shared through this website and the early scheduling process. Therapy clients may also receive separate intake, consent, and privacy paperwork that goes deeper than this page.

What this site collects
Reaching out currently happens by phone, so what you share is what you decide to say in a call or leave in a voicemail: usually a name, a number to call back, and anything brief about why you are reaching out. The website itself has no forms and collects no names, emails, or messages. If online scheduling is added later, this page will describe what it asks for before it goes live.
Like most websites, the host may also collect routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, and general request logs needed to run and secure the site. The site also keeps first-party, privacy-preserving measurements of how it is used (which pages are visited, how quickly they load, and whether a browser has been here before) without identifying anyone. These measurements travel through the practice's own web server, never from your browser directly to a third party, and your IP address is removed before the anonymous remainder reaches the tool that stores it. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal, measurement is switched off entirely for your visit. Visits are anonymous and expire on their own. There are no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, and nothing is sold or shared with ad networks.
How that information is used
- To respond to a call request or question you left by phone.
- To schedule an appointment or free consultation.
- To keep basic practice records and coordinate next steps.
- To protect the site from misuse and keep it working.
What not to share when reaching out
A voicemail (or any contact or scheduling form this site may add later) is not the place for detailed trauma history, urgent safety concerns, or anything you would not want traveling through ordinary phone or web systems. Keep it brief. The clinical work belongs in session or in secure practice paperwork.
How information is protected
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect the information collected through the site and the practice. No website or electronic system can promise absolute security, but care is taken to limit access and use secure tools where appropriate.
Your choices
You can ask what information is needed before sharing anything, and share only what feels comfortable. If you are already a client and have questions about records or privacy rights, those are better handled through practice paperwork and direct conversation.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated as the practice systems change. When it does, the language here will be revised to match what the site actually does.
