Hope grows through connection.

I’ve spent my career walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult moments — from supporting refugee families building new beginnings to helping children, teens, and adults work through trauma, anxiety, and life’s transitions. One truth has stayed the same: meaningful change begins when people feel deeply understood.

We’re shaped by the relationships we’ve lived. Some become sources of strength; others leave us carrying anxiety, self-doubt, painful memories, or patterns that no longer serve us. Therapy is a chance to understand those patterns with compassion — not judgment — and begin creating new ones.

My approach focuses on moving forward — less time stuck, more time living.

A college student figuring out how to manage school, an adult processing trauma, or a child working through big feelings — the goal is the same: a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

Healing doesn’t require having all the answers. It begins with connection, curiosity, and hope.
